Exocad Master Course: Full Arch Design, Exam & Advanced PGCert Graduation
11 DECEMBER 2027 · THE MARKET CROSS, BURY ST EDMUNDS
The culmination of the Exocad pathway - bringing advanced digital design skills together in full arch workflows.
The Exocad Master Course represents the most advanced stage of the pathway, moving beyond individual restorations, aesthetic planning and implant supported cases into the demands of full arch digital design.
Full arch CAD requires you to consider the restoration as a complete system. Implant position, restorative space, occlusion, tooth setup, tissue relationships, emergence and overall prosthetic design all need to work together - leaving considerably less room for uncertainty in your digital workflow.
This intensive hands on course focuses on developing the skills and design judgement required to approach advanced full arch cases in Exocad with greater confidence and control.
The day also represents the culmination of the advanced pathway, incorporating examination and Advanced PGCert graduation.
What you'll learn
During the course, you will:
- Progress into advanced full arch design workflows within Exocad.
- Understand how to approach a full arch case systematically rather than treating it as a larger version of a conventional bridge.
- Develop a structured workflow for managing the multiple datasets and restorative information involved in advanced cases.
- Understand how implant position, restorative space and prosthetic requirements influence the digital design.
- Explore full arch tooth setup and the relationship between aesthetics, function and available restorative space.
- Develop greater control over tooth position, morphology, occlusion and overall arch form.
- Understand the importance of emergence, tissue relationships and the transition between the prosthesis and surrounding anatomy.
- Refine and critically assess full arch designs rather than relying solely on automated proposals.
- Understand how design decisions affect the subsequent manufacturing and clinical stages.
- Identify common challenges within advanced full arch CAD and develop a more systematic approach to solving them.
- Consolidate skills developed throughout the Exocad pathway within a more demanding digital workflow.
- Demonstrate your knowledge and understanding through the course's examination component.
Course aims & objectives
The aim of the Exocad Master Course is to bring together the digital design principles developed throughout the pathway and apply them to advanced full arch restorative workflows.
By the end of the course, delegates should have a stronger understanding of how to approach complex full arch CAD systematically, critically assess their designs and make informed adjustments based on both digital and restorative principles.
At Master level, the focus is no longer simply on knowing how to operate Exocad. It is about developing the design judgement and confidence required to take ownership of increasingly complex digital cases.
What you'll leave with
Advanced full arch design experience.
Work through one of the most demanding areas of digital restorative CAD and understand how the individual elements of the design come together.
A structured approach to complex cases.
Develop a repeatable process for approaching full arch design rather than navigating advanced cases through trial and error.
Greater design independence.
Build the confidence to critically assess your own work, identify problems and make purposeful design decisions.
A deeper understanding of restorative relationships.
See how implant position, tissue, occlusion, aesthetics and prosthetic design interact within a complete full arch restoration.
Skills you can apply the next day.
Leave with advanced design principles and workflows that can directly inform the way you approach complex Exocad cases.
Completion of the advanced pathway.
Bring together the skills developed throughout your Exocad education, complete the examination component and conclude the pathway with Advanced PGCert graduation.
Who is this course for?
The Exocad Master Course is designed for experienced Exocad users who are ready to progress into advanced full-arch digital design.
Delegates should already be comfortable with fundamental restorative CAD and have experience with more advanced Exocad workflows. This is not an introductory software course - it is designed as the culmination of the Exocad pathway.
It is particularly suited to dentists, dental technicians and digital dental professionals who want to develop greater confidence designing complex full arch restorations and take more ownership of advanced CAD workflows.
