Master the Full Arch: Scanning, All on X Records & Same Day Printed Bridges

06 NOVEMBER 2026 · THE MARKET CROSS, BURY ST EDMUNDS

Master the digital full-arch workflow - from capturing the initial records to producing a same day 3D printed provisional bridge.

Full-arch digital dentistry is only as predictable as the data and workflow behind it. Successful All on X treatment requires more than an intraoral scan: implant position, soft tissue, reference data and restorative information all need to come together accurately before you can confidently progress to design and manufacture.

This intensive hands on masterclass takes you through the digital full arch workflow, connecting scanning and All on X record capture with the production of same day 3D printed provisional bridges.

Rather than looking at scanning, design and printing as separate processes, you'll understand how decisions made at the very beginning of the case influence everything downstream.

The focus throughout is practical clinical application - giving you a structured workflow you can take back into practice and begin applying the very next day.

What you'll learn

During the masterclass, you will:

  • Understand the principles behind a predictable digital full arch workflow.
  • Develop a structured approach to full arch scanning and data acquisition.
  • Understand the records required for All on X digital workflows.
  • Learn why accurate implant position capture is critical to the restorative outcome.
  • Understand the role of scan bodies and reference data within full arch cases.
  • Learn how soft tissue, implant position and restorative information come together to create a complete digital record.
  • Recognise incomplete or unreliable scan data before allowing it to progress further through the workflow.
  • Understand how the clinical records are transferred into the digital restorative design process.
  • Explore the principles behind designing an immediate full arch provisional restoration.
  • Understand how the digital design progresses into 3D printing and manufacture.
  • Learn the key considerations involved in producing a same day printed provisional bridge.
  • Identify common points of failure throughout the workflow and understand how to approach them more systematically.

Course aims & objectives

The aim of this course is to give delegates a practical understanding of the complete digital pathway behind same day full arch provisionalisation.

By the end of the day, you should have a clearer understanding of what needs to be captured clinically, why each record matters and how those datasets progress through digital design and manufacturing.

The objective isn't simply to teach you how to take a scan or print a bridge. It's to help you understand how the entire workflow connects, so you can make better decisions at every stage.

What you'll leave with

A structured full arch scanning workflow.
Approach data acquisition with a clear strategy rather than relying on trial and error.

A better understanding of All on X records.
Know which digital records are required and how they contribute to the restorative workflow.

Greater confidence assessing your data.
Understand what you're looking for before accepting a record and progressing the case.

An understanding of the scan to bridge pathway.
See how clinical data moves through digital design and into the manufacture of an immediate provisional.

Greater confidence with same day 3D printed provisionals.
Understand the principles and workflow behind taking a digital design into a physical full-arch restoration.

A workflow you can apply the next day.
Leave with practical principles and a more structured approach that can immediately inform the way you manage digital full arch cases.

Who is this course for?

This masterclass is designed for implant dentists and clinicians working with, or looking to progress into, digital full arch and All on X dentistry.

It is particularly suited to clinicians who already use digital scanning but want to better understand how to bring scanning, full arch records, restorative design and same day 3D printing together into one connected workflow.
